So, it says, "Circuit Court Judge Charles Blomquist’s decision comes just one year after Maryland’s legislature passed a new law designed to keep juvenile sex offenders out of schools." As I read that, it means the judges ruling is in violation of the law. This isn't the end of this story.

I just saw the previous video of this case. The victims in this case are under 5yrs old. If he was an adult he wouldn't be alive in prison but the judge thinks its okay for him to be in school, knowing he's likely to re-offend. That's crazy!

After the Maryland Judge decimated my children's safety forcing liquidation of ALL assets and doubling of expenses over child custody forcing my child into public school with few options, Maryland then ignored the 50-50 custody arrangement entirely. While my child was surrounded by perpetrators. It's how it works. First the Judge pounds the Family .... then the child gets exploited. My daughter was R by an illegal immigrant R specialist 12 years her Senior because that is our system in Maryland. The Circuit Court considers this Excellence.

Maybe the Judge wants to give someone a Grandchild. Maybe the Judge should let the darling boy go to school with his own loved ones. I'm quite sure that is .... private school. Where parents play a role. Where the child is able to be monitored more carefully should a parent care to do so.

Hogan's office announced Tuesday that the governor appointed Charles Bloomquist to the Baltimore City Circuit Court and Cara Lewis to the Caroll County District Court. Bloomquist joined the Office of State Prosecutor as a deputy state prosecutor in 2020. Before that he worked in Baltimore City's State Attorney Office for nearly 2 decades, the governor's office said in a news release. October 26, 2021.
