The Christmas Mass and the Easter Mass are special one-hour broadcasts celebrated annually by the bishops of the Archdiocese of Washington and the Diocese of Arlington.
Our mission is to bring the blessings of Jesus Christ’s presence and love, through The Sunday TV Mass, to the sick and those unable to leave their homes. The traditional greeting for the Ascension is Christ has ascended, which the response is “To the right hand of the Father; glory to Him.”

How come only 30 mins? I thought this mass being the Ascension of our Lord would be a long Solemn mass.

This TV Mass is meant for a 30 minute time slot, We do however livestream every Sunday a Solemn Mass as well as a Spanish Mass at Noon EST and 2:30 respectively
