42:01 right here, when it was cleared when you left and then one appeared when you came back? The developers of the game made something called, “intensity director.” An AI system that tracks what you’re doing, and therefore if you had nothing going on, or even back tracking, it’ll either add more enemies in a room you left, flicker the lights, turn off the lights, or make sounds, etc. All to keep you alert and scared on purpose. 😅 and remember, use their limbs to pierce!

I feel like chat isn't giving out any useful tips such as using the Pulse Rifle launcher to blast the necromorphs and switching the different settings with the Cutter to easily shoot off the legs and arms. Oh, and also using the necro morphs hand blades as impalers and not rely on the poles

0:24 Fun fact: Peoples & babies grown in Medical are made for organ transplant (confirmed in a audio log). Even if they’re not « people », Necromorphs can use them to create other necromorphs and biomasses that then crawl all over the ship. That explain why there are so many enemies and biomasses on a ship that carry around a thousand people. Not the only « illegal » thing to happen on the Ishimura…

Don't forget about the alt-fire on the weapons! The flame wall is great at keeping enemies away while damaging them, and the asteroid cutter (contact beam) can one shot even larger enemies with few upgrades.

You should stick to only 2 weapons during the first playthrough. You get ammo drops for the weapons that you have equipped, so having too many weapons spreads out the ammo drops too much. Also, the flamethrower secondary (firewall) when fired at the feet of necromorphs will hold them in place as they burn. Its good crowd control. Necros seem to not want to move through the firewall. My advice is to use the Cutter and the Ripper only and pull out the Contact beam only for bosses. And also, you can pull the sharp claws off of an enemy after its dead and use them as projectiles. Very effective.

U gotta pay attention girl. Hammond doesn't have anything to do with the marker. Nothing is what it seems on this ship. Also word of advice save your credits for suits and weapon upgrades don't buy ammo or health cuz u can easily find those!

If you're still looking for a series to do on KZbin, I highly recommend Pyre by Supergiant Games. It's fairly short at about 10 hours and reviewed well (85 on Metacritic), but what I think makes it a great game for a series is that you'll always be making progress. It doesn't have a traditional lose state so you're never going to get stuck or not know what to do. The game's story keeps moving forward and your wins or losses go towards changing the game's ending. There are times you might even want to lose to affect the course of the story and characters. I wouldn't even look anything up about the game because reviews and promo matter spoil what would be a pretty cool twist to discover on your own and affect how you play the game. The story's emotional, but in an uplifting way. Another game I'd recommend is FUGA: Melodies of Steel but that's a lot sadder and more challenging gameplay wise. Also on the longer side at about 20 hours. Anyway, keep up the great work!

I love watching you play. But dayem, your situational awareness is definitely one to be questioned. Lol. Use your ammo sparingly. It doesn't take much to cut off a leg or an arm. Should invest in weapon upgrades and nodes, and use your nodes on weapons you plan on using most of the game. Spreading your nodes into different weapons is a very bad idea. And you're missing a lot of the pick-ups.
