Sarap nmn. Gusto ko super crispy din. Pareho tayo, gusto malinis sa kusina at punasan agad ang mga talsik ng mantika.

Yummy. I have a suggestion about marinade for talong: try onion powder, salt and pepper. And this time , no need to grill outside. Try oven or oven toaster. Do this and you will like it better. Use broiler feature in your oven toaster. Make sure you poke everywehere with a fork . Leave it for 10 mins to broil on top side, then turn and add another 5 mins and it’s done. Then let it cool down and when it’s cool, start flattening it with a fork gently. Now for eggplant marinade: 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp of onion powder, salt and pepper and a dash or Maggi Magic Sarap seasoningmix( all groceries and asians stores) , soak the eggplants in an elongated bowl for 10 minutes thn ready to fry!

One other tip. Beside using cornstarch, pwede din ihalo yung fried chicken breading mix(like Crispy Fry). My kid sometimes cannot decide with taste better, a fried chicken or a torted longta. :D
