मसाला चिकन इस तरीके से बनाएंगे पुराने सब तरीके भूल जाएंगे | Chicken Masala Recipe | Chef Ashok
ingredients:-
1 kg chicken
.300 gm onion
4-5 tbsp oil
whole spices
.200 gm tomato
.100 ml curd
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
salt to taste
2 tsp coriander Powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
2-3 green chilli slices
1-2 spoon ginger garlic paste
kasoori methi
