Salt to taste
Red chilly powder-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder-1/4th tsp
Oil -to stir fry
Spicemix:
Cumin seeds-11/2 tsp
Fennel seeds-1 tsp
Black pepper-1 tsp
Coriander seeds-3 tsp
Kashmiri red chilly-4-5
Masala Gravy:
Oil-3-4 tbspn
Onion-1
Curry leaves- few
Tomato-11/2
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Fried prawns
Cilantro for garnishing

Shrimp must be hard by now. Coz you over cooked shrimp a long time. Masala looks good.
