Had been to a wedding in Karwar and tasted the Prawns ghee roast for the first time and fell in love with it. Came to Bangalore and got hold of this recipe. It came exactly like I had in Karwar, I added extra 4 red chilies due to which it became a little spacey. Will stick to recommended 10 chilies next time. It was so delicious. thank you, Sir!
