It was a fantastic time to go because the weather was perfect and there were so many animals to see. We'd definitely recommend it if you are looking for an unforgettable safari experience. @@the_CurryCouple Nice....we're looking at the second half of July 2026. We visited South Africa this past September and can't stop thinking about our trip. I think we've caught the "safari bug"! Looking at Kenya and either Rwanda/Uganda for gorilla and chimp trekking. For Kenya, looking at Lewa and Mara Conservancies with one full day in the park to see the river. I'm really enjoying your channel....we seem to be looking at and visiting the same destinations....we're heading to Atacama in November :). Thanks for the content....good stuff.

I've heard amazing things about gorilla trekking in Rwanda and Uganda - it's truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I would also recommend checking out Namibia if possible. Hi @kiranshriyan4329 thanks for your question and for your concern about safety. The guides in the Masai Mara are incredibly experienced and knowledgeable. They prioritize the safety of their guests above all else. Our guide, Luke, was exceptional. He wouldn't have taken us to a location where we weren't safe. The Masai people have deep knowledge of the savannah and its wildlife. It's best to trust their expertise and follow their guidance. We had a wonderful and safe experience enjoying lunch in the savannah :)

How to visit Masai Mara from India. Any one provides travel packages ?

Hey @venkateshhpotalla3733, thanks for watching! Most resorts in the Masai Mara offer all-inclusive packages, covering accommodation, safaris, meals, and internal transfers. You'll mainly need to book flights from India to Nairobi. We used AndBeyond for our trip, and they handled everything for us. We just booked our air travel to Nairobi. It was incredibly convenient. You can do the same from India :)
