I have a newfound respect for Japanese culture and intelligence of Aikido , iit is truly an art of heightened awareness and understanding of the physics of the the-physics of ones energy and it's redirection

I would like to clarify that I do not want to be disrespectful to this art, however my personal preference is harder styles of aikido like Nihon Goshen, however this instructor is very good and I like that he at times gives a more modern variation
