Egg bhurji is a scrambled eggs dish originating from the Indian subcontinent. It is sometimes compared with the Parsi dish akuri. The difference lies in its preparation and addition of sautéed chopped onions, chilies and optional spices.It is usually served with rotis or naan or pav/bread in Mumbai.

2 Green Chillies
1 Tomato
3 Cubes or 3 tsp Butter
1 Tbs ginger garlic paste
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Tsp Red Chilli Sauce
1 Tsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Salt
Handful Of Chopped Coriander Leaves
Mint Leaves For Garnishing
