😮 there are different recipes of a dish. If we fixate on a particular recipe as the only right one then we find others unpalatable. Also, a restaurant caterers to the larger palate to not a small section. If one finds one's opinion in the minority, it's pointless to voice it as it's anyway going to be cast aside
