For Pizza Base
* All-Purpose Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 400 Gram
* Milk Powder(दूध का पाउडर) - 2 Tbsp
* Dry Yeast(ख़मीर) - 2 Tsp
* Sugar Powder(चीनी पाउडर) - 2 Tsp
* Salt(नमक) - 1 Tsp
* Refined Oil/Melt Butter(रिफाइंड तेल/मक्खन) - 4 Tbsp
* Lukewarm Water(गुनगुना पानी) - As Require
For Pizza Topping
* Tomato Ketchup(टमाटर केचप) - 1 Bowl
* Chili Flakes(चिली फ्लेक्स) - 1 Spoon
* Oregano(ओरिगैनो) - 1 Spoon
* Black Pepper Powder(काली मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Spoon
* Salt(नमक) - Some
* Chili Sauce(चिली सॉस) - 2 Spoon
* Butter(मक्खन) - 1 Tbsp
* Garlic(लहसुन) - 1 Tbsp
* Coriander leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - For Garnishing
For Filling
* Oil (तेल) - 1 Tbsp
* Garlic(लहसुन) - 1 Tbsp
* Onion(प्याज) - 2 Tbsp
* Ginger(अदरक) - 1 Spoon
* Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 1 Spoon
* Chili Flakes(चिली फ्लेक्स) - 1 Spoon
* Oregano(ओरिगैनो) - 1 Spoon
* Chat Masala(चाट मसाला) - 1/2 Spoon
* Crushed Pepper Powder(काली मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Spoon
* Salt(नमक) - Some
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - Some
* Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च)
* Pizza Topping(पिज़्ज़ा टॉपिंग) - 2 Spoon
* Cottage cheese(पनीर) - 200 Gram
For Pizza
* Pizza Sauce/Topping(पिज़्ज़ा सॉस)
* Cheese(चीज़)
* Onion(प्याज)
* Capsicum(शिमला मिर्च)
* Tomato(टमाटर)
* Cottage Cheese Cubes(पनीर)
* Chili Flakes(चिल्ली फलैक्स)
* Oregano(ओरिगैनो)
✍🏻RECIPE:
For Pizza Topping, in a Bowl add Tomato Ketchup, Chili Flakes, Oregano, Black Pepper Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Salt, Chili Sauce, Butter, Garlic, and Coriander leaves Mix it well in this way the pizza topping will get ready.
For Filling, in a pan add Oil, Garlic, Onion, Ginger, Green Chili, Chili Flakes, Oregano, Chat Masala, Crushed Pepper Powder, Salt, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder,
Turmeric Powder, Capsicum, Pizza Topping, Cottage cheese & mix them all well.
For Dough, in a bowl, put All-Purpose Flour/Maida, Milk Powder, Dry Yeast, Sugar Powder, Salt & Refined Oil. Mix well. then put some lukewarm water and knead the dough for 10 mins properly & make it smooth. Then cover it for 1.5 hours. After then, dust some Purpose Flour on the kitchen platform/slab & divide the dough into 2 parts take one part & roll it in a big round shape.
Take a baking tray/plate, grease some Oil/Butter & keep the butter paper on it & keep the rolled Big Chapati on it. Then spread some red Chilli Sauce & put the Filling On it properly. make Pizza as shown in a video. For Oven, take a baking tray, and grease some Butter on it. Then Place Pizza and bake it at 180-200 degrees for 15-17 minutes. Cut it and enjoy the tasty and yummy Pizza. In this way, Many Frozen Pizzas will get ready easily at home.
