आज मसाला किचन मे बन रहा है पुणे का स्पेशल सुपर सॉफ्ट मावा केक रेसिपी | घर मे बिना अंडे के मावा केक बनाने का आसान तरीका | बिना ओवन के केक बनाये | रुई जैसा केक बनाने की विधि | बेकरी जैसा केक/बिना क्रीम का केक | सबसे आसान केक, स्पंज केक, पोंड केक/वनीला केक, बाजार जैसा केक, सबसे स्पंजी केक, सूजी केक, फ्रूट केक, मैदा केक, आटा केक, मलाई केक, बिना अंडे के केक, कप केक, कस्टर्ड केक, बिना ओवन के केक, मिल्क केक, स्पंजी केक, कढ़ाई में केक, ओवन में केक, शेयर करना न भूले | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी |
INGREDIENTS:
* Mawa(मावा)/ Milk Powder(मिल्क पाउडर) - 150 Gram/1 Cup
* Oil(तेल) - 1/4 Cup
* Butter(बटर) - 2 Tbsp
* Sugar Powder (चीनी) - 3/4 Cup/125 Gram
* Milk(दूध) - 1 Cup
* White Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 1+1/4 Cup/165 Gram
* Baking Powder(बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1+1/4 Tsp
* Baking Soda(बेकिंग सोडा) - 1/4 Tsp
* Cardamom Powder(इलायची पाउडर) - Less than 1/2 Tsp
* White Vinegar(सफेद सिरका) - 1 Tsp
* Dry Fruits(मेवे) - Some
* Saffron(केसर) - Some
RECIPE:
Keep the Kadhai on the flame, place a steel ring in it. Cover it and keep it for pre-heating.
Take Cake Mould, grease some Oil, dust some White Flour in it and keep it aside.
In a bowl, great some Mawa/Khoa, put some Oil, some Butter, Powdered Sugar, White Flour/Maida and whisk all the ingredients with the whisker. Then put some White Flour/Maida, Baking Powder, Baking Soda by sieving them. Put some Cardamom Powder, remaining Milk, some White Vinegar & mix all well. Then Put the Batter in the Cake Mould, put some Chopped Fry Fruits, some Saffron on it. Tap it 3-4 times & bake the Cake in the preheated pan for 30-35 mins on slow flame. Check the Cake & turn the flame off & keep it cooling down for half an hour. Take out the cake & demold it. Cut the cake into pieces & enjoy the Tasty Mawa Cake.
Tip:
Use all the ingredients at room temperature.
