✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
* Almonds (बादाम) - 250 Gram
* Ghee (घी) - 1 Cup
* Wheat Flour (गेहूं का आटा) - 2-3 Tbsp
* Sugar (चीनी)- 1/2 Cup
* Water (पानी) - 1/2 Cup
* Safforan (केसर)- Some
✍🏻RECIPE:
Take a pan, and add Sugar, Water, and Saffron. Cook until Sugar dissolves properly and make sticky Sugar Syrup.
Soak Almonds overnight then boil them for a while. Peel the skin of the badam and transfer it to the blender. Keep the heavy bottom pan on the flame, and add Water and Wheat Flour. Roast till it turns golden in color on a slow flame. Then add ground Badam and saute for 15-20 minutes on low flame. Then add Sugar Syrup, and stir until the mixture separates the pan and the ghee oozes out from the sides. Finally, serve badam halwa hot or chilled garnished with a few chopped nuts.
