I also make knive handles, that's what originally got me into leather working- making sheaths for my knives. I gotta say, your son makes some killer looking knives. Mad props.

Thanks for sharing Artie ! Most people think shops are huge, elaborate facilities designed for production. When most of the time they are comfortable spaces, with ideas for layout and use, that are thought out ( or not so much) out of trial and error and just "making it work" for what you need. Thank you for sharing , I enjoyed the tour !! Im glad you made sure to give Chloe proper credit and her own "workspace"!

Exactly. This really isn’t much relatively speaking. But it works for “me”. Anyone else trying to come in there and work will be annoyed. It’s personal.

I'm 63 and while I've been braiding leather since the 90's, turning leather into Field Note covers is something brand new to me. I watch your channel almost exclusively because of the excellent tips and the sense of humor behind each one. Thanks for the shop tour, the documentary they did was nice and all, but it's better from the artist's perspective. I am having trouble finding corner punches that line up with the sides to make a nice corner, so have been free handing it using a nickel as a reference and a scalpel. Baby steps, right? Thanks again for keeping me entertained and inspired. Ronzo
