4 semesters away from getting my master's degree in mental health counseling. Learned so much about myself and my wife. I learned that because of both our trauma im more anxious and she's more avoidant. I have worked on myself to not be soo anxious and she's worked on herself to not be soo avoidant. I still feel that its still not that real deep connection in our 14 year marriage, but I am also wondering if my trauma is causing me to have unrealistic expectations of how I should feel in a marriage. This is something that has me soo confused about our relationship.

Just found your channel and subscribed not too long ago. I’ve been watching and reading other good quality (actual medical psychiatrist based research) on men and women psychology…adding u to my list. Calm, to the point and same or complimentary messages to other research. I loved “Atomic Attraction” and Chris caldwell from England. Dr. John Grey is an oldy but a goody too. A few others out there. Saved my marriage.
