I don't know why everyone keeps hating on the V6. 6 cyl engines are some of my favorite, Porsches use flat 6 engines and dominate races, i got a flat/boxer 6 in my subaru outback and it's a real fun car. Lightweight, still has great low end power, DOESN'T sound bad at all and not even that quiet honestly, what it could be it's awesome

The MC20 is the first supercar in 30 years that made me excited when I saw it on the road. Last time I got excited was the Ferrari 355, and the Lamborghini Murcielago was also a great car. There something clean naturally beautiful and yet clinic and functional about the MC20. A fantastic blend of art and engineering excellence. Very aesthetic, and not as cheesy and overblown as the many modern Ferrari or Lamborghini cars of today.

this car is so special…Lovely design and the engine is quite the same as the one put in the Giulia Quadrifoglio and for being a V6 sounds sooooooo good! edit: to clarify some concerns: Maserati passes the V6 Nettuno as a completely new project but this is not entirely true. To be exact, in fact, the MC20 was the Alfa 6C project and then it was converted into Maserati because a new model in the range was needed... It's no coincidence that it's a V6 arranged at 90 degrees just like the one placed on the Giulia Quadrifoglio... The only difference is that the Nettuno has a pre-combustion chamber which allows for some improvements while the V6 Alfa doesn't. (That's why the sound is quite similar to the one of Giulia and Stelvio Quadrifoglio)
