They changed it to the older QP at 0:24 LOLthen back to the new one at 0:35. Nothing sounds quite like it, the new QP isn't as distinctive, although the Rapide S sounds better, and the XJR575 is as good

It is not GTS version. It is standard Quattroporte 4.2 but still, sounds great!

Sounds like someone here has completely pulled their “information” from their behind. Both the Ferrari-derived 4.2L and 4.7L N/A V8 engines are exceptionally easy to run and maintain. For the most part, Maserati vehicles that run with these engines aren’t subject to severe mechanical issues. Earlier revisions that used the dry sump system and DuoSelect/F1 transmission did require extremely careful maintenance, but later revisions, like these, that utilize the updated wet sump system and the 6-speed ZF are on par with any German vehicle. Quality overall is good, though the interiors are closer to those of late 90s 7 Series and S Class vehicles than that of a 2000s and 2010s vehicle. I drive the revised but pre-facelift Tipo M139 QP and have had a phenomenal ownership experience to date. My driving experience ranges from Mini to Chevrolet, Audi to Toyota, Jaguar to KIA, and so many more. My family has owned, collected, maintained, repaired, and restored vehicles for decades, and I know a quality vehicle when I see/drive one. The QP is not without its flaws, some glaring, but quality and engine aren’t part of that.

Oh dear, slow down there - Maserati is a notable step below McLaren and Rolls, they don't even compete in the same segments as Rolls or McLaren, but they compare very favourably to Jaguar autos.
