Hi John, I just got done watching this interesting interview you did with Mike Farrell. Thank you for doing it. I enjoy this stuff a lot in general as a TV nerd, haha! Did you know Mike Farrell is married to Shelley Fabares and she also is a TV star with an impressive resume. She co-stared in the TV show Coach with Craig T. Nelson as Christine Armstrong and it was a fabulous show. Mike Farrell also was on Coach for one episode as Christines ex boyfriend. It was cool to see him on it. She was also on the Donna Reed Show and Shelley was a fantastic singer too (Johnny Angel from 1962 which was a hit) She even was in a few Elvis Presley movies as the love interest. Respectfully, I would love to see you interview her for your channel about those wonderful things she did. (If you did already, please direct me to where it is.) I am the guy who is a Coach TV show fan and loved Charlotte Stewarts work in that series also. Thank you again for your time. Happy Holidays!

Fan of MASH before and after Mike joined the show. Have you seen his tv movie called a Vanishing Act? It is a mid 80s mystery starring Mike, Margo Kidder, Elliot Gould and Fred Gwyne.

Hi, John! I loved the Fess Parker/Audie Murphy/Red Skelton gorilla suit story! But after listening to this interview, I have to tell you a story I think you'll appreciate. In the late '80s, I moved to Newark, Ohio and met this Greek woman at her candy kiosk at the local mall (her family owned a candy store in Akron, OH). I had just spent a few weeks in Greece that summer, so she enjoyed hearing about my experiences. In fact, her husband and I even visited a local flea market. Their names were Connie and Harry, and they told me their daughter was a model and perhaps had done some TV commercials. Well, their daughter was Melina Kanakaredes, who later starred with Mike Farrell in "Providence." Years earlier, I had a substitute high school teacher in my hometown just east of Fort Wayne who said his daughter was a budding actress. A few years later, Shelley Long of Fort Wayne became Diane Chambers in "Cheers." And cheers to you, John!
