Words can't describe how good not only this is, but all of these "Secret history of" and "There's something about" videos is. This feels like a perfect psychological obsession story, being an obsessed psychopath who lives in his own world thinking he’s Sonics only friend, and if sonic gets another friend, tails gets instantly angered, dealing with it if they get close with sonic, sonic becomes a broken man in the future, amy scarred for life knowing all of her friends died due to the actions of Tails, the fact that tails just murders them in the most brutal way with his genius intellect shows how psychopaths are extremely intelligent sometimes, knuckles having his face blown off is one brutal way to go, and then shadow’s death….that’s the most messed up one… the fact that the only thing that was left of him was his SHOES, and then, here’s a reminder, the narrator says “all tails have two sides.” This piece of dialogue let’s you think about something, what if tails has an alter ego? The alter ego doing these actions this video, and then when Amy said “it seemed so…innocent at first” meaning that tails could’ve been normal at first….In conclusion, this WHOLE video was better than any existing villain origin stories. Case File 02 Miles Tails Prower, Now taking Amy to see the “real” sonic, to be continued..

The scariest part of the ending is that all the characters that were strung up on the wall share some sort of similarity with Sonic, and it’s clear that Tails will think that anything that shares any trait with Sonic, no matter how noticeable, is the real Sonic. Pikachu is a fast rodent with electrical powers. Chao are naturally blue in colour. Yoshi and Gex have a similar underside colour to Sonic, and if recoloured, could be mistaken for Sonic from a distance. Mighty is just a Sonic reskin.

agreed. they stay more on a schedule nowadays. leaving less room for details like this animation, especially in the shorts with multiple episodes like this. you can start to see the decline in how much they cared about their multiple episode series when they didn't rank in as many views with the mega man one. it was a really good concept, one of my favorites with this one my number one, but the animation is massively different. it's really a shame, because there are so many ideas people have with secret histories and franchises that can be adapted like spyro, crash, even zelda if they pick the right time frame. but because of their recent upload schedule, it's more about cutting corners and doing what's trending. it's still good animation, and they can succeed in making stellar shorts, but with a series, it's only a matter of time until it isn;'t seen as profitable.

This really puts a whole new shed of light in Sonic and Tail’s friendship with. This was such a dark twist on series. I also remember watching these as kid this Sonic and Tails gave me nightmares just in a endless loop of tails telling me to keep saying sonic phrases but slowly drawing blades to my face but it always ended with the blades barley touching me. I’m glad I don’t have those anymore

There are many theories, but mine is a bit more demonic, I should say. This Tails is already showing signs of not having a mind of actual control, as he takes the best friend thing too far and literally, to the point of murder. He also seems to be very smart, despite not speaking in an intelligent way in the office with the Sega man. In There's Something about Amy, he seems to morph into his older form in a way that seems to physically alter his form, but doesn't look to have been in pain. Later on in part 4, he says Amy is helping "them" in their quest, as if he was referring to himself and someone, or something else. He ended up grotesquely fat in the end but changes into his form before. He also seems to lack an ability to figure out that his relationship with Sonic was fake, despite witnessing Sonic's talk with the Sega man, as if he is being told what to believe. He also has too much knowledge of the multiverse and multiversal travel to have figured it out himself, as if he was told everything.

Okay I just gotta say that 1: this is deliciously dark 2: the animation and expressions are on freaking disney levels 3: the voice acting is amazing 4: the story and mood atmosphere of the entire video is amazing. I love the gore and dreariness if this. Edit: I just realized this was animated by zeurel. No wonder it looks so expressive and clean.
