Nice work. We're in the same boat, had a grader shoot the land and had about a 3ft-4ft drop to the rear of the property. Since our driveway is the high side, we're getting 15 loads brought in to bring up the slope to the driveway. Also have a huge stump/ brush pile hahaha

Wow sounds like you ran into the same problem as us! The 15 loads of dirt will really help. We are still considering potentially bringing in some more dirt to decrease the slope near our future parking pad. I'm guessing your lot is wooded as well?

Thank you! New ones here are that much too, this one is 15 years old and it’s also a smaller model. Plus it helps that we are friends with the previous owner!

We had to dig more than 10 septic test pits until we found an area that was suitable.

Thanks so much! It can be hard with working full-time but we’ve been splitting up our tasks after work. Alex typically works on the house project site prep and design work while I manage our chickens, gardens, and house chores. We work a 9/80 schedule at work and the every other Friday off really helps! - Elaina
