Dude You are a freaking BOSS!!! I am a Physical therapy assistant student. You video is helping me understand patient's with Spinal Cord Injury limitations and ways I can help them increase their physical capabilities. You are giving positivist and Hope to everyone who sees these videos, and everyone those people come in contact with. Keep stayng positive and inspiring everyone around you and the millions that might see your videos. - Would you be able to talk about "your ability " in the hospital or nursing home setting (like early after your injury) "Ways or what you could do on your own" to prevent secondary complications like pressure ulcers, or feeling light headed anytime you changed positions? Thank you for all your help and inspiration.

A good tip my Chiropractor taught me, try not to raise your shoulders, keep still as possible and breathe in and blow out deep from your stomach, when i changed my method it increasingly changed my lung capacity and strength. When you lift your shoulders it raises your diaphragm up and gives you more capacity temporarily, so keeping still is like strengthening x10, and you will feel the burn neuropathically after about 10mins or so. So breathe In 6sec Out 3secs then reverse after 5mins, Every 2hrs, Then after a week do that balloon. Dude i teared up when i seen my capacity results after just a week. All the best mate, im jealous of your tenodesis strength, fuckin awesome

Just tried the breathing in 6 sec, breathing out 3 sec for a while. It's harder than I thought and I definitely see how it could increase lung capacity. 👍

Nice! ...can see you've got more cough than in the beginning. I took up harmonica a year after injury, wasn't thinking of improving lungs, it has made a significant difference though. Good Job! Enjoyed! (party favors, lol) Oh, strong cough with heavy Hands held out front; ya likely know that.

I want to learn to play an instrument and was wondering about a harmonica. Haha
