This is very uplifting I am a freemason in the United States. We don't play organ or other instruments at my lodge in Tennessee but I am sure the lodges in England make it a very unique and uplifting experience. So mote it be brothers

Yes, it is called the 'Processional March' by Vincent Stevens. It can be found as the first item of music in a book called 'Masonic Lodge and Chapter Music' published by Lewis Masonic in the UK.
