If it wasnt for its bad engine (or whatever caused game freezing), some of the face models, optional quests found by exploring being "go there, find this" and short main plot i would not say single bad word about Andromeda. Combat, "mobility" around the battlefield, skills, powers and exploring was 1000 times better than previous ME's. I feel pitty for other people who only hates on the game because it wasnt Reaper/Sheppard story (seriously?) and cant enjoy it like i did.

I still to this day consider this to be of the best trailers made for a video game. The visuals are absolutely insane and still hold up to this day. I remember saying that I wanted HBO to make a Mass Effect live action series right when this came out. Imagine seeing this trailer at the theaters (without the CGI model characters but a real live action cast). People would be freaking out.

Yes they're all linked you must play ME1, 2, 3 in the correct order. Certain side quests and dlc will carry over depending on your choices you made on them and whatever decisions you make during the main plot will carry over as well.

I just finished these games, and I loved the ending. I know many didn't, they expected some cliche good guy, bad guy story, but the fact that people are still talking about the ending a decade later means it was amazing in its own right. Damn what a trilogy. The only loss is reserved for those people that didn't play it.
