Sir but weighing machine to weight calculate karti h , uske hisab se humara mass weight/9.8 hua ... If we take weighing machine on moon then it will show less readings than on earth because our mass is constant everywhere but the acceleration due to gravity on moon is less than earth.

To your first question, yes, there are many quantities which is actually helpful to get an idea of mass of substance which do not require its weight at all. One such thing you could use is momentum or energy. Suppose two objects of mass M1 and M2 are moving with same velocity V. Now u want to make them stop, so u will do some work on them, and more work u do, it will mean more kinetic energy that body has, and since velocities is Same, that means the more work done body is actually with the more mass. Therefore u can feel mass without any kind of gravity involved. To your second question, Idk exactly what you mean
