✅ Single Family inventory of 5,010 homes available to buyers with 1,260 🏠 homes coming on the market this week.
✅ 1,163 Single Family homes went under agreement with 765 Single Families 💰 selling for an average price of $872k and a Median Price of $705k.
➡️ Condo Real Estate Market Data Week over Week ⬅️
✅ Condo inventory in Massachusetts on 📅 6/17 was 2,895 condos available to buyers with 554 newly listed condos coming on the market last week.
✅ 444 Condos went under agreement with 375 Condos 💰 selling for an average price of $762k and a Median Price of $580k.
