Wow! I'm glad I found this channel! After researching different skincare routines over the last 9 yrs, I've learned that sometimes there are important tips that other pages and channels don't mention when giving directions. I'm actually getting ready to place and order for an at home cupping kit and have been searching how to do this properly. None of the other channels mentioned any of these important tips with cupping. Like the collagen staying in certain areas, .most pages only show the basics and have always dragged the areas after. Will definitely be watching this again when my kit arrives! Btw you look amazing!

I just bought a set of facial cups and this is by far one of the most informative videos I seen. I do however Wonder if there is a way to get a better View of the actual procedure? I was thinking a camera above the face looking straight down or at a slight angle this way I could see exactly where on the lip the suction is being done....... are you doing the suction at the border of the lip line or are you kind of going inside of the lip? Thanks for any help that you can give I'm just a 42 year old single mother trying to rejuvenate my face at home LOL

Hi @epburlington9150, This is often a matter of preference. Personally the absolute maximum I would do it is two to three times a week with rest days between.
