They are regular 18650 ones, but you can put 2amps ones for longer usage time.

if it is not a detachable battery then you should disassemble the whole unit. sorry i didn't work on this brand before but it is the logic way to get to the batteries

After watching this video I put my massager in to garbage. $150 good waisted
