I love this idea and I really want to target Doctors as I specialize in Oncology and lymphatic drainage. However, I am located in an area where the Doctors work mainly as sole practitioners or run very small surgeries so they often don't have a space to do chair massage in! I wonder if you have any experiences at offering a free massage to them so then you can show them what you do? Any other thoughts as to cracking into this area for referrals?

I've not had personal experience with offices that don't have any space to set up at all, but you may ask to set up in the waiting room. You could work on the patients and the doc, nurses, and office staff there if they don't have room for you anywhere else. That gives you every level of interaction. If you can really sell yourself and give some great insights to the patients as you work on them, that may even help strike up some conversation once they get in with the doctor about including massage in their care. Medical doctors are not in the business to heal patients. Do not waste your time and energy on these people for referral. Healing patient is like loosing an income stream why on earth would they do that.
