I'm a massage therapist who learned to work around & on the scapula after reading about all the trigger points buried there. I've had massages from many, and the emphasis is overwhelmingly between the shoulder blades, not on top or underneath. 😟

Very interesting ! Thank You for sharing Your great videos. I am currently working on a client that both shoulders pop while moving arms forward and back, up and down. It's a dulll ache and pain is moderate. I suspect rotator cuff. Any ideas ?

What type of massage do I ask for when calling a medical Massage Center? Also is their any difference or is it tougher to massage a 250pound bodybuilder with pronounced shoulder heads and upper back with large lats and most muscles u were massaging on him. Is it harder to massage an injury on a large bodybuilder compared to say him?
@HuyNguyen-kz3xu Жыл бұрын
Harder with larger muscles and larger body definitely.
