Thank you, I’m in tears from the second one so I’ll keep doing them for a couple of weeks if the pain of relief doesn’t go away if I won’t be able to run from Botox anymore

Not sure yet if this helps, but actually feels little better. TLDR, my muscle has been completely fup for a while (over a year) and it has been little disruptive. I will continue doing this and see if helps. ty.

I don’t have an at home solution for this. This can be treated in office with TScan/DTR if you’re a candidate OR with orthotic therapy.

I have a question, my TMJD is really bad at the moment, it’s so tense & sore all round my neck too, but at night I tend to do this thing where I clench my jaw by creating a suction with my tongue it’s awful & no matter what I seem to do as soon as I’m going to sleep the suction starts, is this something you’ve heard of? I’d love some advice on ways to relax my tongue & stop this. Thanks I love your channel 😊

@@keelyjohnson it’s the same really, I’m up this morning having done the same last night. It’s so annoying isn’t it? I have heard of massaging the tongue with your fingers but when I try this I feel sick, what I need to do is stick to doing jaw exercises regularly. Best of luck with yours too. x

I have normal 3 finger opening no pain just a diffuse swelling and tightness around posterior ramus and below ear...what else i can do...if impaction can be the reason of this

Can you recommend me some exercise for tmjDisfunction but I don't have any pain in my jaw. I only have this popping and cracking in my ear sometimes if I open my mouth. I only hear it pop if I open my mouth wide . And after that I don't hear popping in my ears if I open and close my mouth in the same time.
