Most of the techniques seem to miss the back of the head and the person is always engaging their muscles to keep their head upright. I think I still prefer to do head massage with the person completely relaxed lying down and turned over to do the back of the head and neck. All of these stretches can be done prone.

As an Indian I'd say it's too soft of a massage specifically good for women, here we always say do it harder to our barbers though they put all their strength into it😂 otherwise it's my worth the money we pay them 😅
