Hi Lance. Would be great to see a video of part of the tractor run through the bush . See if you get time to film a short episode.Would love to see it in action after all the work. Cheers mate.

Looking forward to watching your progress, looks like a good project! I'm currently rebuilding a multipower back end to put in my 35. Will make all the road driving I do contract slashing that bit more enjoyable.
@BundyBearsShed5 жыл бұрын
Yes it will give you a bit of road speed while not slashing they are not a bad box if looked after.

Hi mate love the videos still learning a lot thanks. Have you thought about maybe towing a small trailer on your treks? We tow a 6x4 box trailer behind my grandads mf 135 multipower around the farm and up the bush has done it for 20 years with no issues. We fill it with posts and fire wood and heaps of other stuff.
@BundyBearsShed5 жыл бұрын
G Day Mitchell, I had looked at it but if I have to transport my tractor for a few hours on a trailer I cant fit another trailer on. Some others use camping trailers but Im not geared up for that at the moment.

hi mate i am thinking of buying a 135 muti power what do you think of them as a working tractor and do they have any down hill probs /? thanks danny
@BundyBearsShed7 ай бұрын
They are fine as a working tractor, keep the oil clean and they will run well.
@BundyBearsShed7 ай бұрын
They can over run but if you lock them in high they will have engine braking .
@simonaskacinauskas75063 жыл бұрын
Hi i have problem whit mf158 . His problem is that when going downhill the tractor does not engine brake. Its like it neutralises. The tractor does not seem to slip out of gear, gear stick doesnt move.
@BundyBearsShed3 жыл бұрын
In low they will run away hut in high multi it should hold. If not check pressures.

I thought I saw you put one of those funny seals on in another video? You should at least amp that thing up to where it can keep up with the newer 50kph Deere tractors. :-)

Hi Lance, like your work. I'm restoring a MF 35 serial # SNW 236481. Need to replace the multi-power pump. Am having a problem finding the right pump. Any suggestions. Thanks, Jerry (Virginia, USA)

Have a look here, this is Sparex USA and their dealer network will possibly have a dealer near you. They are wholesale only but if you give the number to a dealer they will love you for it. us.sparex.com/makemodelsearch.html?amp%3Bmo=235&cat=241665&ma=attr_95413_s

Did the 14.9 28 wheels work with the 7.50 16 wheels or did you have to make alterations?

G Day Keith, I have not had a go yet as I have been working on other things.

Does the multipower give you a lower low gear than models without it?
@BundyBearsShed4 жыл бұрын
Yes I believe so
@heathdehart46844 жыл бұрын
@@BundyBearsShed that would be great. I just have to get my multi power 135 running too. I need slower for tilling.
@ProblemProductionsLD3 жыл бұрын
Heath and Lance, the multipower only adds additional higher gears, unfortunately. (Well, fortunate for road runners like me!) The multipower 'low' is the exact same as non-multipower gears, and multipower high is faster.
@heathdehart46843 жыл бұрын
@@ProblemProductionsLD Thank you. It's working ok for me. The free wheeling in low does take some getting used to though. Faster on the road will be nice when I get the death wobble out of the front end.

Hi Lance, I'm looking for a bit of advice. I'm trying to get the crankshaft out of my TEF. I have every last nut and bolt removed from the engine and I have the block suspended in the air by the bolts at the back of the crank but it won't budge. There's maybe half a mm gap between the back of the block and the flange on the crank. Have you any ideas how I might get it to move? Thanks
@BundyBearsShed5 жыл бұрын
With the bolts out it should come with turning the crank and having the pistons and con rods out of the way. It is hard to say without seeing what you are up to with it.
