Have they come up with equivalent of the New Holland shock Pro yet to prevent damage to the cutter bar for those of us who have rocks
@VahrenbergImplement5 жыл бұрын
The CNH Discbine utilizes ShockPRO hubs for their shear protection. These hubs only drive over few center splines unlike the Massey Ferguson Hesston shear protection that is driving off of ALL input splines. When CNH went from the MowMax to the MowMax II, one of the main improvements was to enlarge the ShockPRO hub. Massey Ferguson Hesston has always offered a heavy shear protection system that only yields when it has to.

@@VahrenbergImplement thank you for explaining this to me better oh and by the way I have one of the cat brand units neaver had a problem with it even though my nabors give me the gears.

Challenger? Cat never made mower conditioner that I am aware of. AGCO owns Challenger and they own Massey Ferguson too.
@clinterinturner96595 жыл бұрын
No it wasn't made by cat but it was painted caterpillar yellow and for a time Finning Canada was selling them in western Canada, don't believe me drop your cell phone number and I'll text you some pictures

Challenger is sister Brand to Massey Ferguson. Know all about them. Some CAT dealers sold Challenger Products but Challenger is a brand of AGCO Corporation just like Massey Ferguson is. We help customers with Challenger Equipment at our dealership too. Even thou we only sell the Massey Ferguson Franchise.

Awesome Doug, best review of this machine I’ve seen! Love that twin max - how does it go with alfalfa?
@VahrenbergImplement5 жыл бұрын
Alfalfa is where TwinMax shines. It speeds the dry down of the stem faster than the leaves to help retain them to gather more leaves when you bale. Thanks for the comments and hope we can get out in the field with this customer and get some infield footage. Hesston has some great videos on the benefits of the TwinMax and tests they did with single versus TwinMax Conditioner and shows how much faster the TwinMax was. They here on KZbin

Can someone explain to me why are the bolts that holds the back rolls keep on breaking?
@robwar22885 жыл бұрын
You need to show the Rear steer option. I went to the factory the other day and had no idea they had rear steer! Going to order and trade the Deere.

It's super nice feature and we could not show in the video until we got it fully calibrated which we did as the customer drove to his home. It sure makes driving much easier and drives more like a combine on the road and allows for higher transport speed. Welcome to Massey Ferguson Family!

That’s not a wind rower that’s a swather
@VahrenbergImplement4 жыл бұрын
Swather has been another terms used in some regions. Most refer to as Windrowers. Hesston built the First Self-Propelled and they called it a Windrower and the terminology that is still used today. Look at the Massey Ferguson Website for the WR9900 Series Hesston Built Windrowers. www.masseyferguson.us/products/hay-and-forage/wr9900-series-windrowers-swathers.html
