Hey Steve. Thanks for subscribing. I would check them at about 500 miles then every 1000miles are 25hrs after that.. Also try not to run it wide open for extended periods of time. they are know for stretching the timing chain & the tensioner failing. The intake track on those thing get dirty very easily so make sure you keep you air filter clean.

After cleaning the injector and eventually replacing it I am still getting a rough idle and a 201 code. I am unable to find a wiring diagram. It’s completely stock and ran fine until it got “wet”. Since then the oil and timing chain has been replaced. Any ideas?

I would start checking all the connectors & taking them apart & blowing them out & putting dielectric grease in every one of them. I would say it's most likely the main 9 pin white connector are the ecu connectors that hold water.

Good afternoon, I am from Argentina and I have a Utv Massino 800 4x4. I have a problem with the gearbox. When the utv is running I put Reverse or driving the box gets stuck, to get it out of speed "D" or "R" I have to turn it off. And then it goes well without getting stuck. My question Is it if I have to regulate the clutch or do you have another problem? Thank you very much and excuse my English.

Yes it sounds like you're having a clutch issue. It's a very common problem when it comes to being stuck in gear until you shut the unit off. You will need to take your CVT cover off check your belt service limits, make sure that your primary and secondary clutch are nice and clean on the sheaves, make sure you have proper belt deflection, take your primary clutch apart check the rollers and make sure it is all clean and operating properly. Make sure that there is no debris inside the pressure plate of the clutches and make sure the plastic trail blocks are not melted inside there.

Hey Claudio. I'm so sorry that I'm just now getting back to you. For some reason you comment was showing up. What you are describing sounds like you are having a primary clutch issues. I have seen it happen many times. Let me know ow if you figured It out.

make sure your idle is not to high. If it's high you won't be able to shift it.

How do you know what side is intake vs exhaust?
@limitlesspowersportsservic3394 Жыл бұрын
Well the intake valves & rocker arm would be on the side the fuel come in & the Exhaust valves are on the side the Exhaust comes out of. If your not familiar with how a four stoke internal combination engine work, please do your research & be cautious while working on them. One small mistake can cause catastrophic damage.
