I need to know what the air intake temp/pressure wiring is in order can't find a diagram that is clear enough to read and I can't find a replacement pigtail for it... It was cut off by previous owner

Unrelated but I was hoping to get some advice. I have a new t boss 560. The 4x4 servo stopped working and they just replaced it. Now I can hear the servo engaging but the dash doesn’t indicate it’s in 4x4. Any suggestions
@limitlesspowersportsservic3394Күн бұрын
I would double check the connection down at the 4x4 actuator. It's a possibility that what are the pins is not 100% connected inside the connector.

hey i got a 2015 massimo 700.. bucket.. i installed new cylinder piston , starter, fuze box.etc.. idles fine.. seems like wont rev up cause somethings locked?. .emergency brake disconected .also back brakes not connected ..QUESTION!! WHY DOESNT MY SECONDARY WHEEL TURN? i got a breaker bar onits center nut and arnt i supposed to be able to turn it? the whole secondary doesn't budge! when i put her in neutral and roll the tires.. the wheels roll but when i put ingear , shes locked up... what the heck is ging on? THANSK MUCH! wutchatink?
@sandspritparkКүн бұрын
UPDATE! the secondary was fozen up had water from last owner.. i hooked up a breaker bar and started rocking back and forth! only moves ans inch at first!, now full circles!! cant wait to start her up in morning ! to drive for fist time in month since i rebuilt the engine! bu t i wonder if clutch needs a rebuild?
@limitlesspowersportsservic3394Күн бұрын
@sandspritpark glad to hear you got the clutch to come loose. Some of my concern with that is if the secondary clutch is hard to turn over that would mean something in the transmission was holding it up. Make sure you got brand new clean oil in that motor. And I would start it up and let it run in neutral and make sure that you can turn that secondary clutch by hand without any problems. Is secondary clutch may need to be cleaned up not really a lot to rebuild in the secondary clutch. It's just some rollers and springs. I'm just concerned more with transmission issues since it would not turn over by hand because again that is connected to the transmission that is inside of the motor

My injectors don't have that much pressure, but much less, could that be the reason why it's hard to start and that the fuel pump has weakened?
@limitlesspowersportsservic33946 күн бұрын
That is a very good possibility. Weak fuel pump can definitely cause that.

I don't have the tools to do a leak down test. But once the head is off, like in this video. Pour liquid in top of the head to see if the valves are leaking?
@limitlesspowersportsservic33946 күн бұрын
Yeah you can do that. Also take compressed air & sprat it into to the intake & exhaust posts to seeing you see bubbles from around the valves when you do it. If it's just a little you will he ok but if it's a lot then you have issues

I couldn't tell you. I usually just check it at the battery. It's been awhile since I made this video. But I know the owner told me the battery would run dead then would charge it back up & it would run dead again after riding the unit.

How much a job like this should cost? Labor include parts
@limitlesspowersportsservic339419 күн бұрын
Well part cost will depend on what is actually needed. But also include($100.00) oil, oil filter, coolant. ($1,500) 12 hrs of labor. But I would say around $2,000
@chuka1019 күн бұрын
@limitlesspowersportsservic3394 daym lol. But why coolant?
@limitlesspowersportsservic339419 күн бұрын
Well you have to drain the radiator. So you have to drain the coolant the oil you change the oil filter you refill the new oil and you need to refill the radiator when you put the bike back together in the cooling system.
@chuka1019 күн бұрын
@@limitlesspowersportsservic3394 i see, but i can re use the same coolant right? I just put 6 months ago. Oil and filter i understand, but coolant cant get dirty with the particals right?
@limitlesspowersportsservic339419 күн бұрын
@chuka10 you can reuse it if you want to as long as you use a clean container to drain it into. Only particles that will get in there would be dirt from you draining the coolant. I just use new coolant because I am a service and repair shop also.

I turn the ignition on and the gas gauge flickers. The fuel pump does not come on and I checked the fuse box. I checked the spark plug and it was good. I have not taken out the fuel pump yet. Do you think it could be the solenoid harness or something that you recommend checking
@limitlesspowersportsservic339421 күн бұрын
I would recommend trying to put 12 volt to your fuel pump to see if it Cycles over first. The fuel pumps and these things are notorious for going out randomly. Also check to see if you got 12 volts run into your fuel pump

On my HiSun it looks like i have to disassemble half the body to get to anything on the engine. Have you seen this issue? HiSun 700 with the straight bench seat.
@limitlesspowersportsservic339423 күн бұрын
@@calvinculpalt yeah I hate working on the ones with the bench seat is so much more work to get to the motors. And you're correct it feels like you have to take half the unit apart to be able to get to anything. But all the issues that are common on the bucket seats are the same issues that happen on the bench seat not much of a difference

Hey, at 4:10 what do you mean by grounded to the motor? I have ohm when i do this step, that means stator problem?
@limitlesspowersportsservic339426 күн бұрын
Yes that is a problem. That means a stator is grounded out to the motor and all your positive charge is going directly to a ground and not through your charging system.
@deathmonley2227 күн бұрын
Just picked up this same machine. Dipstick has milky consistency to it. Anyway to guide what I should check first? Head gasket vs pump? And how?
@limitlesspowersportsservic339427 күн бұрын
Start the unit up play let it run with the radiator cap off and it keeps bubbling in the radiator that means you have a bad head gasket. You can also check the radiator fluid to make sure it's not also a oily consistency that would mean a water pump. But I would start with the first thing start the unit up with the radiator cap off and see if it keeps bubbling and if it does that means blown head gasket but is it the front head gasket or rear head gasket that's the question. That's when a leak down tester really plays a factor in letting you know if you have a blown head gasket in the front or rear

Axis 500 nocking in reverse
@limitlesspowersportsservic3394Ай бұрын
I personally never heard of a motor knocking when it's in reverse. Now it could be something to do with the reverse gear. But definitely not a piston or crank issue. Could be a drive shaft could be a rear differential issue. But the motor is actually knocking it would knock all the time as far as being a rod or piston slap.
