I too, like strong flavors... and leave garlic in the dish. Looks like something right up my alley.

I just found my new favorite chef. You have such a nice calmness in your voice, reminds me of Marco Pierre. Keep up the awesome work. Cheers from Romania!

It’s easy…4 cups water to 1 cup farina and one teaspoon of salt. It will bubble and spit for a while, just keep cooking for at least 45 minutes….give it a try😊

We made this tonight (white grits instead of polenta b/c we're "southern" Italian) and it was very tasty.

Btw, I saw your wooden spoons are darkened, I know it might be from the heat but still, you can clean them off by boiling them in a pot of water vinegar and some bread soda

What else can polenta be served with?
@davidfacca8899 Жыл бұрын
Braised meat, sausages, etc. when it is cooled off, sliced and grilled on the bbq. I grew up on it, and my grandfather ran a grist mill in Italy where they ground corn into polenta. It’s now a restaurant/hotel called Ca Muliner (Azzano Decimo PN)
