What a meatball filled day! I still can't believe that I got to try this delicious, meaty, MASSIVE Meatball, it was HUGE. Not only I got to eat the Biggest Meatball, I also got to meet the meatball family, varies in all sizes, I mean the biggest meatball there had crazy fillings inside, including 100 eggs!!!

Sweet soy sauce is typical Indonesian and often used in cooking. Depending on where you are, dishes are less or more sweet. In general dishes from Middle Java are more sweet than dishes from West Java. The Borobudur temple is in Middle Java, that is why your dishes are so sweet.

I’m interested in the texture of those meatballs. The beef looks like it’s ground so fine. I’ve spent about 12 years of my life running a few Italian restaurants and so I’ve made probably a million meatballs (and have eaten probably about half lol) so I’d like to think I know a thing or two.

It's bcs indonesian meatball is not 100% meat. Probably just 70%.. The rest is tapioka, and they use some kind of meat grinder machine. That's why it looks so perfectly soft

OMG!!! I so love my meats!!!! I do love fruit and veggies and will occasionally have an all vegan meal, but meat is my life and I just love this video.
