At Smoak in Rochester, MN there’s a burger consisting of: 2 grilled cheese sandwiches, 2 burger patties, pepperjack and American cheese, bacon, bbq pulled pork, jalapeño cheddar sausage, fried chicken breast, 2 bacon wrapped jalapeños, cheese curds and fried pastrami serves with fries and a bottle of soda. Challenge is to eat it in 30 minutes. As far as I know, the record is 11 minutes. I’d like to see how fast Joey could do it.

I noticed a lot with these competitive eaters is that when they take a drink of water it helps them to swallow what they have in their mouths already and they retain some of the water for the next bites they take, furthermore making it easier to swallow down more and more.
