I love watching her, but sometimes it irritates me how she takes one big bite of something, then picks at other things and tries to shove that in her mouth too. Just finish the one roll/ bite you were working on She mad more of a mess than eating.

Hey I couldn’t eat half of the food. Whatever it takes to prevent food taste fatigue! I’m sure she deconstructed it 1. Because so large to begin 2. The rice would be bland and taking it apart allows her to change up the taste and texture. My hats off to her for accomplishing the win in way necessary

I learned from Raina's videos that carbs fill you up quite fast so if you could leave the rice till the end and eat the protein first that is the way you should do it to be able to complete the challenge.. but if you have a huge stomach capacity like Joel Hansen (who she does challenges with) then you can eat it as it is

Normally pronouncing the L in salmon would cause me to have a meltdown. But in this case, A I love Raina so she gets a pass and B this guy using a faux Asian accent, is so wrong on so many levels l may never get over !!!

Yep, and the “L” in salmon is silent. I chuckle every time she says calymarly instead of calamari. The headquarters for CocaCola is in Atlanta. The further south one goes the sweeter the Coke. The old recipe was the best. They NEVER should have messed with it.
