Just came back to this game after a break. Loving the massive amount of QOL changes. This game is so good and tha combat gives me flashbacks to my Last Oasis days. Just waiting for the RUPU update haha

Yes, it has a very interesting story! After being wrongly accused of murdering the prince you have returned to your homeland as an adult and are leading a rebellion against a tyranical ruler to free the land.

I think it already is kind of like that. You build up armies and attack outposts and castles as well as defending against attacks.
