While the wood and grains in burls are beautiful, they can fly apart in a lathe, but yes that is huge!

Save it if you can. Weigh it, and sell the whole thing by the pound. Get a hold of Canadian Woodworks. Paul Lemiski would love to mill it and turn it into some awesome furniture.

There are some trees that have to come down there, so I'll check if that one is going. I looked him up, he's about an hour west of me in Acton. If it comes down, i'll manifest the slogan of the coat factory in that town, "it's worth the drive to Acton" 🤣

Not sure, I sont know about that industry. I was there to pick up wood, but that tree wasn't getting cut that day. Last I heard the tree cutter was going to cut more later, but I never heard from him
