Massive flooding in Canton Township causes damage, closes multiple businesses

OMG. I live right behind Kohl's in Meadow villages. I'm 12 and I loved the Heritage park. I'm gonna miss it:(

It was a mess. Could happen again. Right at Ford and Canton Center there are two good size creeks running from west of Canton Center, kittycorners at the Speedway were they join, and is forced under Ford road across from Meijers. After that it goes back to open river, and it was over running the banks back behind Meijers. How do I know this? I spent the better part of 4 hours trying to drive from I94 and Belleville road to Northville. A trip that take 30 minutes .
