They really need to bring back Kinetic Firerate. It was one of my favourite upgrades and made both the PGL and the Axes ridiculously good (as well as many other weapons). Then they removed it. Stealthily. Or it was a bug that they fixed. I mean, no other Damage type has any special upgrades - like POTENCY. Potency for Kinetic SHOULD BE firerate. Then a number of pretty useless weapons regain the possibility of being insane again. Even if it was only 1/3 firerate + 2/3 damage like the new potency upgrades are for other DoT elements it would at least make those 2 weapons somewhat good. Instead you have to hope for the SINGLE Firerate OC and the Ammo Rig for a combined 62.5% increase... and that's it. 😓
