Gutho is a big part of Ryles plans "immediately",... which means that Gutho's main value at this moment is creating transitional stability whilst players come and go (rebuild)...The leg speed is long gone but the competitive drive and ability to be a role model is still of high value... 14, not 6 is Gutho's future when a strike fullback signs on.....

In all honesty, I think Gutho could handle an edge, not in a conventional sense, but in a Gutho kind of way. It is hard to picture because it isn't meta. Ball playing second rowers are very effective at creating space for attack centers. Can he make the 20-25 tackles that must be made in that position? Who knows.

Eels fan here. Not a bad idea. You can have Brown as 9 or 1. Honestly not a bad idea. You could run brown at fullback honestly. Think about it.... Gutho LOVES touching the ball but never gets it as the fullback in the line unless it's in the red zone. At 6 he can run WAY more. Brown is the opposite, all the gifts in the world, doesn't want to touch the ball. Put him at fullback so he can occasionally touch the ball in attack like he does. It's honestly a near perfect idea.

gutho can not be full back with his knees. its shown this year. in the middle is a stretch as braith said different position and alot more defensive work. he needs to go the the edges just like the morris twins, however they were in their positions and the wealth of experience helped them immensly

I am a Canterbury Supporter and Parramatta should have been awarded the 2009 Premiership. In fact they should sue the NRL to award it to them. They didnt cheat like Melbourne and were the best side of 2009. 2009 is blanked but those players and the club 100% deserve it.The gold medals are re-alocated at the Olympics if cheating is found to be prevalent and the NRL should do the right thing and allow Parramatta to finally be awarded what is rightfully theirs.

@@manmountain3205 Paulo and Moses are Parramatta juniors. Sivo was originally picked up from Gundagai and was unwanted at Penrith. Lane was a South Sydney junior, Tuilagi actually came through the Melbourne system and was unwanted by them, then went through Wests and Manly before getting to Parramatta. Same as Tago, he was unwanted by North Sydney, South Sydney and Penrith. He only played NRL this year because the club literally had no options, he was playing Ron Massey Cup when he got offered a contract.

As a 1 he's better than Kennedy (Sharks), Sloan (Dragons), Tracey (Bulldogs), Rapana (Raiders), CNK (Warriors) and others...
