MASSIVE Increase to Mythic Gear Drops! First Boss Farm Benefits? Which Boss Drops What - Neverwinter

Last Tuesday we had an update that massively increase the drop rates to the new mythic abyss gear, and not just the drop rate, but also a change to how it drops! Here I cover which boss drops what gear and the feasibility of just farming the first boss!

Just a heads up, I don't know why I said Arms would drop, multiple times from 2nd boss, they don't, it's helmet! Head gear also drop from the 2nd boss as well as the first boss. It's a bit weird, but yes. First boss = Head + Arms 2nd Boss = Head + Feet 3rd Boss = Armor only

I've never liked the rolling system in any game I've played, it divides players and it ruins the overall mood of running any type content. Indeed it is a huge improvement, hopefully they'll apply that to the weapons at the end.

After over 100 1st boss runs and not seeing a single head piece drop for any party member I asked in my alliance if it drops from there and everyone said they did to start with but no longer do 2nd boss only. Could you shed some light on this please mate

@justzcross6236 I kitted out every dps class and a devout cleric then when deco came into the game I gave my fortune to a friend and went back to playing cod. 12000 hours of neverwinter was enough for me

Until this vid I was farming 2nd boss for helmets KEK. Just missing Cstrike helm at this point, and I literally never seen a helmet drop from 1st, so i tought they came from 2nd😂😊

I farmed the first boss thinking it would drop all mythic gear. Nope. Still I farmed 39 times the first boss and still didn't get any drops. wtb better rng XD

The end chests. Master drops mythic rings and advanced legendary and epic

This is confusing. 100% I got helmets and boots from the second boss pre and post droprate increase (i am so sure I can even name which ones I got because they were so rare before). I only got arms from the 1st boss, I've never seen anything else drop. I've only seen chests from the last boss.

for rogue, the 10% bonus accuracy bregan head piece is better than the dashing with just 3.5% damage in underdark

Hey Aragon, may i ask, why do you say it is 10% droprate? Like i did 26 runs of the first Boss and got NO GEAR at all, my guild said is less than 1% droprate, i know is probably not that low, but still is also far from 10% imo, thank you for the vídeos

About 10% drop rate was what me and my friends were getting after this change. They probably sneakily reduced it, cause I'm also seeing a lot less gear drops these days

It is not worth it, you lose overall damage compared to other options. The damage bonus from them is bugged

Aragon do you know a website or wiki that says what content is scaled and what isn't?? Saw some people saying there are content in the game which aren't scaled

Any content which does not make your item level look blue, is not scaled

The mc gear is trash, the mc weapons still bis on supports. Only good mc gear is neck waist depending on class, but will probably be replaced next mod as usualy.

I'm not for the supports only using the mc weapons, 10% vs 4% survivability for the whole team makes more sense to me, particularly in these endier (yes I made that word up 😊) game dungeons. Just to me it still makes more sense for everyone to invest in the survival of the team. To each their own though.

@0Jsays yeah honestly new mw weps not even bad only problem is mirage is so ridiculously broken in the new dungeon that there's no point in running anything else. I was considering getting new for my dps because the weapon dmg and team buff is better than weaver, only down side is losing the 10% at will dmg and enhancement. Once we get out of underdark though I think mw will be the way to go. As far as gear goes though, it's just too much ratings to be useful, I'm already overlapped on pretty much every rating except power and hitting 90s all around.
