Agree that there should be a bill passed that when corruption of a politician, and found to be truth, they return the funds and be put in front of a Judge. Same as when crime is made in the private sector of business. Why do government employees get away with this, this is not equal and thought Canada an equal country, although not now.

The RCMP need probably grounds to get a search warrant, but a criminal code SW can only be granted if there is no other Act that may be used to get or search a place or document. The HoC Act is an Act of Parliament that allows for the search and retrieval of information/evidence. Therefore the Spwaker demanding the unredacted documents fulfills those requirements...the RCMP is stonewalling the House in order to protect the corrupt and incompetent government

We need government officials who break the law to be charged. A law needs to be implemented that if a government official breaks law they are arrested, put in front of Judge and put in jail for a period of time based on their crime. When a person in private sector breaks the law they are arrested, put in front of judge and put in jail. I know this as a fact, as a lady stole from the company she worked at and once found out was arrested at work, put in front of Judge and had to stay in jail for 1 year.
