❤ the style of narration throughout i believe in the power of story telling and setting a scene for the video you are making. it would be nice to introduce each house with a hawaiian themed poem narrated in the mother tongue to embody the natural character of each plot as they are beautifully displaced for us to dream of the idyllic location tl dwell ❤️

Not sure why youtube as decided to start showing me homes in Hawaii, maybe its a sign idk, but I am surprised some of these homes are priced at the levels they are. I'm in Arizona, you'll routinely find homes slightly bigger than than this in the middle of the desert with some mountain views priced much much higher than some of the Hawaii mansions. That seems odd to me. I know Hawaii can be an expensive place to live but those views alone would be worth the price of admission.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts-we appreciate the perspective! we’d like to note that this particular home was built by the owners themselves, a young family who poured their hearts and dreams into creating their own unique space. They waited a long time to build their dream home and I don't think they ever expected to sell it. That said, we completely understand the importance of addressing affordability in the housing market. In fact, we’ll soon be featuring homes priced under $700,000, along with discussions about the challenges and opportunities for the average person looking to buy in today’s market. But even that... "Under 700k"... is it even affordable? 😒
