Nice fish. Next time you do a catch and cook cut the head and collar off after you take your fillets. Split the head and marinate your favorite way for like an hour then grill/BBQ. You will be amazed. I enjoy it more than the fillets.

3 Days fishing June 22-27 2022 with Jamy, Olga & Juan, bucket list complete 9 species this is full on fishing and man did they deliver. Olga is a fish magnet Tuna day 1 Mahi & Snapper day 2 Big eye trevally & rainbow runner plus misc on day 3. This team is excellent they know how and where to get fish and deliver. Ceviche on board just a great adventure.

The best is a “sarandiado” slow cook over hot ash marinaded, and brazed over a period of slow cook. Marinade is a Nayarit recipe from a Chile combo with other ingredients! Super super delicious! Great video guys! Puerto Vallarta is going on my bucket list.

So I love fishing and started watching a bunch of kayak vids. Probably 3 different channels and 3 narrator's later I spotted the word "cook" and had to check you out. So this was my second trip with you (Florida being the first) and I was thoroughly impressed and amazed at the detail you put into these HD quality videos and the amount of information that you share is not too much to overwhelm your brain but still very hearty and easy to understand. You incorporate all of the locals and spread the wealth so everyone can be advertised for their skills. Music is perfect ...Just an impressive job all the way around. I have like 5 favorite channels with the last one probably 2 years ago, I did hit LIKE AND SUBSCRIBE and can't wait to fish the globe with ya!

Try fishing for yellowfin tuna at Guadalupe Island or the Hurricane Bank and you will change your mind about sharks eating your fish but that doesn't stop me from going fishing for the tuna. Awesome Cubera Snapper you caught.
