I was interested in the mode until I realized it wasn't actually that fast. They marketed this mode as if they were finally going to do some crazy, end of expansion mode where they let people have fun in an overpowered way, and it's hardly different.

Elitism is for retards. Left alone, Warcraft players will optimize the fun out of everything. If Blizzard want new players to onboard to the event at any point between now and when it ends, they have to do the rollback, plain and simple. God no. Then at one point you might get useless currencies. Imagine you played during mop, you have many of the sets and many of the mounts. That currency would be almost utterly useless. All Blizz has to do is slightly decrease the bronze cost of the middle ilvl after 446 and slash the costs in half for the early upgrades after 446.

Thank GUSH for the rebalancing! I just hit lvl 60+ on my main, and the second I hit 60 , I felt like I got a *big boot of "Nope! Hold up a minut"* jammed right up main street, and launched my characters power back to lvl. 10 power. So im going all in on all fun quests, farm bronze and get moore mounts. Then I will go for transmogs. I also heard rumors that when the events is almost over. One idea I had is that they could allow us to sacrifice existing earned threads toward armor upgrades in the way of a percentage reduction. It wouldn't be a flat bronze gain but a gain shifted to your armor from your cloak; a kind of choice between building up a main character or alternate characters. They could use the same tool that upgrades armor to downgrade cloaks. I think the reason a flat bronze gain increase hasn't been done is because the cosmetic rewards will come too fast for players not interested in increasing their armor strength. What I think should really happen is have armor be upgraded by a separate currency earned alongside bronze for doing relevant activities; in the vein of bones of mannoroth.

Don't see this being mentioned as much, so just throwing it out there. I never did pandaria content in retail so I'm missing a lot of achievements including loremaster achievements. I was excited to dive into this event so that I could go farm out all of those things. I got to level 70 assuming that that would make the quest grind even easier, but in reality once I hit 70 I felt like I was slapping things with a wet noodle. Right now it feels like we're being encouraged to roll alts because of the late game scaling, and thigh cost of upgrades, but at the same time one of the core mechanics means that are also level very fast, and I will inevitably end up in the same boat with them. It feels like I am being forced to play the game in a weird style where I only progress to certain points and then reroll. The opening quest in the pandaria story are pretty annoying to repeat as well, namely looking at the early horde versus alliance quests, but especially the small troop storyteller quest. It's a big hindrance in the energy that the remix event otherwise brings the table.

I flew around Jade Forest and Valley of the Four Winds yesterday and managed to get 11K Bronze by flying through the Orbs. It took a few hours, between me being afk coming back and playing. It also rewards Threads by flying through the bigger bronze Orbs, which was helpful. I'm only level 40 atm. I managed to get around 600+ threads pretty quickly, just collecting the bronze orbs. (I'm a casual player)

That's why I said a few hours. (Probably 5-6 hours) I went from 8k to 19k by the time i stopped. While I did go to both zones. I primarily spent my time in Jade Forest. I just circled the zone and by the time i came back around, the bronze orbs respawned. Rinse and repeat :) keep in mind the bigger orbs dropn 20-25 bronze​. Plus the smaller ones drop 6-14? If they really want to fix the thread situation, make cloak power 100% transferable to new alts. Currently the cloak grants almost no secondary stats, a very small amount of primary stats, and 60% bonus xp to start. That's only marginally better than heirlooms were.

Tried counting up the MoP remix reward costs on the PTR (grain of salt I am not good at math). To purchase everything you would need roughly 1,509,350 bronze. Blizzard should apologize to the people who are left behind now blizzard was certainly aware of the possibility of the exploit. It was told to them by the people who played the Panda Mix beta but they flat out ignored it and people are rightly angry about it and it is blizzard their own mistake that should have been fixed before pandra remix was released and that they need to make things right by kicking back the people to square one who abused the exploit, that's just fair and square

Unless there's more of a 25% buff in brone acquisition.... I'm not paying any bronze towards any kind of gear since this event is just a side play to just level alts. It sucks since I wanna get some kills on garrosh but the bronze needed is so much more. Like 5x the amount of a WB mount. Hope they buff the bronze more.

If my main characters +Exp on my cloak doesnt transfer to my alts then it should do something for my main. Right now at max level, Im still getting +Exp threads, WHY? It should boost bronze gain something.
